Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (if offered at checkout for your delivery location)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Spearhead Trails is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@srra.org within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at info@srra.org as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
